Description

Seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Marion, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality materials by operating equipment, following standardized processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures
• Measure, mix, and monitor materials to ensure quality and consistency of production
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet Sika standards
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards
• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and general production support
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
