Seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Marion, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality materials by operating equipment, following standardized processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures
Measure, mix, and monitor materials to ensure quality and consistency of production
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet Sika standards
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Follow all safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and materials
Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards
Assist with line setup, changeovers, and general production support
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Minimum Qualifications
At least 6 months of previous manufacturing or production experience required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and reading skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
